I made an appointment for 10am. I had an oil change, patched a tire, and fixed all 4 tire pressure sensors... I was in an out in an hour. Comfortable and clean waiting room and friendly staff! Will definitely use them again!

Fixed an issue with my tire months ago for FREE... now I came back today to get new tires for my van and they gave me a phenomenal deal on them and installed them fast while I waited. In 2025, a company that will do extra for their customers is a breath of fresh air. I will support these guys for life and send anyone I hear is looking for tires to them! ✅️🙏 Thank you guys so much, Zach
View on GoogleA huge THANK YOU to Chris and the Belle Tire team at the Crystal Lake location. I have a late model Toyota SUV that has been rarely driven in a few years that I kept for my oldest daughter to drive and that time is coming very soon! They did an excellent job of addressing my safety concerns and making the Toyota SUV safe for my daughter to drive and they didn't break the bank doing it, I thought for sure I was going to be bled dry but the pricing was amazing! I also needed tires on my daily driver and Chris and company did not disappoint, got exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price! My youngest daughter will be driving in 3 years and there's also my wife's daily driver, if Belle Tire can do the work, that's the only place I'll be bringing all of our vehicles for service and oil changes!
View on GoogleI will never go to belle tire again. Don't put a deposit down on anything because you're not gonna get it back. If you change your mind. I put a $100 deposit on a tire so I went back to get my money back and I went through so much stuff first. He said he pulled up something that said fraud. But it\nWasn't even the right card. Then he said that happened on 11 sit's 2025. It happened October 4th 2025, so I told him that then he said. Well, you're gonna have to just go to your bank and dispute it. What kind of service is that? I'll never use them again.
View on GoogleI desperately needed a new set of tires and found a good deal at Belle. I had to get a babysitter to watch my child while i went, but I figured it would take long. I made an appointment at 1:30...my car wasn't looked at until almost 3pm. I wanted to like this place so much, but the fact I got there prior to my appointment time, saw multiple people served before me, and the fact I had to pay for a babysitter to stay even longer so I can get these tires done....it put me over the edge. I would not recommend. At least not this location.
