Brought my car in for some repair and diagnostic work and had a great experience! Jared was an outstanding service writer — kept me informed, made the process easy, and clearly cares about his customers. The service department as a whole did a fantastic job. Hard to find a team you can really trust, but these guys have earned it. Highly recommend — ask for Jared, you won't be disappointed!

Where do I begin to explain? I replaced the engine in my Buick Verano in 2023 At this dealership. Twice after that I had the drive train replaced. When I again brought my car in with the same issues last year I was told yet another drive train replacement was needed?!?! Steve who is the only good thing about this service team offered an 'oil consumption ' monitoring. So that GM could determine what was happening. So for 6months I diligently brought my car in every 1000 miles to be Monitored. About halfway in Santos told me "I have NEVER Seen GM do anything for a customer after this consumption program. I trusted Steve and continued However, Santos was correct after the evaluation I was told I needed another new engine!!! I am a single person driving 8 miles a day to work in I do not have miles on my car Oil has always been changed as recommended. Speaking of after my last oil change I was told I needed new brakes---- yes a car without an engine needed new brakes!! But, I was never told the air filter was bad and should be replaced?? I was also charged $250 for a check engine light and $75 for the filter. When I picked up the car and asked to see the air filter to confirm it had been changed Jared said, you mean under the hood?? Im not a mechanic but I think so... I noticed when he opened the hood leaves every where and I wonder why those leaves hadn't simply been brushed away and he told me that would be "detailing " and did I want that?!?!? If I hadn't experienced this myself I wouldn't believe it either. I have never done a Google review but everyone needs to know How I was treated. One other side note each time I was in waiting for the consumption test to be done another woman about my age was also in time and time again she had trouble- is this coincidence or age related?? Another side note I tried to meet with Santos to discuss the situation However he stood me up without even a phone call yet , I missed time at work unpaid to keep the appointment.

Service was good but was told by Santo Voiculescu (Service Manager) company policy states we will not waive a diagnostic fee even if you have printed proof of what the issue is beforehand. Company policy also states that we will not waive the diagnostic fee even after you approve the work. Company police is different at Napleton Buick GMC Schaumburg also Martin Chevrolet. I will be using Martin Chevrolet moving forward due to location.

Jared, service man, I talked to was the best that I have ever done business with in 70 years anywhere. PERIOD. Thanks Santos for have such a quality individual working with you. Greg did an outstanding job as my auto’s tech. Job very well done.

This is a very honest and outstanding dealership. They take the time to explain everything to you, and they don’t hide anything from you.
