Missed my 9AM appointment. Was able to get in still and be seen. Mike was my point of contact and was awesome in still getting me in. He was also honest and upfront with me which I appreciated since you don't get that now-a-days. Highly recommend. Mike will help you as long as the rest of the staff.
View on GoogleThis review is for the now-closed Spring Hill Mall location, though I can only assume other locations may have similarly inexperienced staff. I had tires installed and the wheels balanced before the shop closed. The initial balance job was done incorrectly, with excessive wheel weights placed all over both sides of the wheels. I brought the vehicle back, and while they did correct the balance, it was clear they were training an inexperienced employee during the process. Fast forward to this week. I had a flat tire and discovered that 4 out of the 5 lug nuts could not be removed. The lug nuts were visibly damaged and severely over-torqued. I routinely use anti-seize on the bolts, so removing lug nuts is normally straightforward. I ended up needing a tow truck, but even the tow operator could not remove the lug nuts. The vehicle had to be towed to another shop, where it took about an hour to get them off. In the end, I had to replace the entire set of 20 lug nuts because every wheel had been damaged in the same way. Guess they weren't happy I told them to redo the balance, and torqued those lug nuts down so no one could remove them without a torch.
