Great service. Everyone who I talked to about getting my car fixed was very upfront and honest. They did a great quality job and gave me a great price. Will definitely be going back if I have future car issues and would recommend.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service; the receptionist was super nice and Chuck Gamalski made me feel super welcome and confident that the job was going to be done honest and to the best of their ability. He was very proud and enthusiastic about the work they do here. The receptionist also made sure to send me frequent updates on when they were working on my truck and when parts were being delivered. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with their vehicle and I will be taking any vehicle of mine to Herrick from here on out.

My vehicle received $12.000.00 dollars damage, Herrick began repairs towards the end of December. When finished the vehicle looked as good as when it was new! Thank you again Herrick auto.
View on GoogleAvoid this place at all cost. Went in for a quote to replace a mirror on my nissan was quoted at 1300 bucks for replacement. Reading the breakdown of the estimate I was being charged almost 700 dollars for a mirror that cost 400. When I brought it to the attention of the owner I was told we have to make money on the material as well as the service. Lmao when I offered to buy the part myself and just have it installed he was ignorant and rude. I was willing to purchase the product myself from nissan but I guess thats not worth their time since they couldn't rob me for a extra 300 bucks for a mirror them and I can purchase for almost half that cost. These people are crooks steer clear. I purchased the mirror myself and had my mechanic install for 120 bucks.
