Went in for a mirror replacement after another driver hit mine in a parking lot. Everyone at Gerber was friendly and informative every step of the way. They made it seamless with arranging a rental car as well! The cherry on top was the fact that Gerber cleaned my car, inside and out, and even buffed out a good section on the front panel of my CRV that had been rubbed against the outside of our garage (oops). That was just above and beyond of them to do and I truly appreciate the extra detail and effort that went into getting the vehicle looking even better than when I dropped it off! Thank you everyone!

I stopped in to see about getting a light scratch off my car. I didn’t have an appointment. An estimator saw me immediately. Assessed the damage and thought perhaps it could be taken care of right away. That was an understatement. The manager came out and took a look. Less than 10 minutes later my car was as good as new. In the past I have always brought my car here. I know they do an amazing job! It has been a very long time since I needed to bring my car in. They didn’t disappoint. They make it look brand new. They had it completed and cleaned up before the date they had given me. I appreciate all the hard and professional work they do. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car here hands down. Nick & Tiffany and the rest of the staff are top notch! I was in an accident that was not my fault, and the team at Gerber helped me to get back in my vehicle so I wouldn’t incur out of pocket costs. This location was supposed to repair a chip in my windshield, but they ended up breaking the windshield more, then overcharging me to get a full replacement. They didn’t communicate with me regarding working with my insurance company. Ultimately, I paid five times what I was initially told I would be charged for a simple fix to a chipped windshield.
