Douglas took in my truck for warranty work. Clear communication throughout the entire process. Quality of work was great and fast once parts arrived. Mike did a fantastic job at setting expectations and fighting the warranty company to get the correct parts approved to do the job correctly the first time. I could tell the staff at Douglas cares a lot about their customers and through their actions will ensure the customer is treated fairly with the vehicle being treated as a priority. I'll definitely be going back whenever major work needs to be done. Highly recommend this shop!

Josh was great. He went above and beyond expectations. I had my radiator replaced because it was leaking. I think Andy was the mechanic that worked on my car. They should be thankful they have him on the team. He not only did an excellent job. He was thorough and had my vehicle back to me the same day on what had to be difficult job. I worked with Ty and let me just say AMAZING! Super friendly and helped me with getting new tires he was sweet and professional and explained everything that I needed! Didn't sound like a typical sales guy more like a big brother giving you recommendations opposed to trying to get me to buy! I thought that my situation was going to chaotic and instead he made it so easy! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
