I had a really bad experience with this shop and would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I hired them to repair my fender and replace the driver’s door, which was damaged when someone hit my parked car. Their paint job was fine, but the driver’s door and/or window seal were never installed correctly, leading to wind noise and the frustrating experience that followed. When I picked up my car the first time, I noticed the gap between the driver’s and rear doors was visibly wider at the top. I didn’t think much of it until I drove home and heard terrible wind noise when driving over 40 mph. I later saw that the top of the door wasn’t flush with the rear door, which I thought was causing the problem. I brought the car back and showed Brian, the owner, who said it would be an easy fix and asked me to return the next day at noon. When I did, the technician wasn’t there, and I was told to leave my car. This forced me to pay for another Uber and wait with no clear timeline. Later that evening, Brian called after hours and said the problems were fixed. He claimed he test-drove it and the wind noise was gone. When I picked it up that night, the uneven gap and loud wind noise were still there—and now the pin-striping on the driver’s door no longer lined up with the pin-striping on the rear door. The door looked worse than before! Since they were closed, I called the next morning. As with most of my interactions with Brian, his communication was short and unapologetic. When I mentioned the misaligned pin-striping, which was their fault, he got defensive both on the phone and in person. He told me to bring my car back again in two days so I could point out the problems to him and the technician. I found it odd that I had to explain obvious issues to “professionals,” but I did. The technician said he’d work on it late that night, remove the door, and readjust it to fix the gap and wind noise. Brian called later that evening and said everything would be perfect the next day—with a new pinstripe and no more wind noise. The following day, when I picked up my car, he admitted the technician had used the wrong parts on the window seal (causing the noise) but assured me it was corrected. The door gap and pinstripe now looked fine, but when driving home, the same wind noise returned!!! After dealing with this mess for days and being reassured it was finally resolved, I couldn't believe it. At that point, I was done. I had made multiple trips, paid for several Uber rides, and been told three separate times that the problem was “fixed” when it wasn’t. At the final pickup, Brian even said, “I told you we’d make it right,” despite the ongoing issue with wind noise. That tells me they either didn’t bother to test-drive my car at a speed above 40 mph, they didn’t know how to fix it, or they simply didn’t care. Now the inside of my car is loud—it sounds like the window is partially open every time I drive fast—and I have to pay another shop to repair what they couldn’t. The entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and annoying. Brian was unfriendly and dismissive throughout the process. Although he later apologized for being a “hothead,” that doesn’t change the fact that I paid for a job that was never completed properly. If they had just installed the door and window seal correctly from the start—or checked their work before handing me the keys—none of this would have happened. A simple test drive at a faster speed would have shown the issue immediately. Bottom line: I had to return three times for the same problem, was repeatedly told it was fixed when it wasn’t, and ended up with a car that still makes loud wind noise. This shop lacks attention to detail, communication, and accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Brian was amazing. Through out the time he had my car he would make sure to keep me up to date on any changes. The car looked as good if not better than when it was brought in. Even with the part shortage and slow response of my insurance company, Brian remaines calm and informative through out the whole process. I would recommend anyone to this shop.

I've had to use this company twice in a short span of time (people just couldn't seem to not hit me). Both experiences were flawless and hassle free. Brian and his wife(?) are total professionals and extremely helpful and friendly. On my last visit, not only did they do their usual outstanding job, they also buffed a bunch of scuffs that were no where near the damage out of my paint job. And they detailed the interior! They didn't have to do that, but they did. I will never take my business anywhere else. And neither should you.

Brian did a great job making sure my CTS-V was repaired correctly after another body shop "hacked it up". Everything was correctly inspected and redone and I couldn't be happier with the work one year later. Great shop, highly recommend them.

We have used this company for our auto body needs many times, especially given my wife’s habit of routinely taking out our mailboxes. I can say each time we have been very impressed with the timeliness and workmanship of this shop. These guys are great highly recommended.
