Hello, I made an appointment because I wanted to get a wheel alignment for my car. I arrived on the appointment date and at the scheduled time. But they told me to come back two days later. This was a very bad experience. They did not respect my appointment or my time. I do not recommend this business at all.
View on GoogleGreat service with a family owned business feeling. With so many tire place options today and everyone trying get the best deal, I totally get it. Manager Mike and his staff do the little things that make the Crystal Lake Mavis the place to go for tires and car service. It may not be the best rated, newest place but I'd rather pay for customer experience that you can feel that they did the best for you or your family's vehicle. It's the small things that you can't rate on all these apps, reviews etc. Be kind, do the right thing and that's what they do here at Mavis in Crystal Lake.

View on GoogleWe took our Wagoneer and our Jeep Gladiator to Cassidy 1914 Custom 4x4. Both got lifted and new tires for the Wagoneer. Honest pricing, great communication. The staff was incredible. We will continue to get service done and highly recommend the group at Cassidy!!
View on GoogleHad my brakes done. The service manager guy named L was great. He was a very nice and very helpful. Great place to have your car serviced. Definitely, they are a five star service. I had my other car serviced and the guys did a great job. I had one of my tires replaced and a wheel alignment again your service manager L was so knowledgeable and kind and treated me with respect as always. I just want to say that I drove all the way from Des Plaines to go to Crystal Lake to have my car serviced by you guys. You guys do a great job thank you so much.
