One of the best experiences I’ve had at a business they were fast and professional, explained everything to me clearly and kept me in the loop about everything, what was wrong with my truck or what could go wrong (nothing went wrong, everything was perfect) I recommend anyone to come here. I was at pepboys (down the street) for four hours waiting to get my truck worked on (with an appointment) but it never happened I called mavis and I was told to “come right now we will take care of you” and they did thank you mavis and your team and a special thanks to Ray for everything.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this company truly earned one. Another shop told us we needed a new alternator, and we were fully prepared to spend $650 on parts and labor. This company could have easily charged us for an alternator and labor, and we never would have known the difference. Instead, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem and discovered that the battery had simply been installed incorrectly. They fixed the issue, saved us hundreds of dollars, and were completely honest throughout the process. In a world where many businesses would have taken advantage of the situation, they showed real integrity and professionalism. They saved us from spending money on repairs we didn’t need, and that’s something you don’t see every day. Highly recommended!

So today, from the heat, our valve stem started leaking. After having issues we called Mavis, and I spoke to Rudy. He told me to bring in the car and he would look at it. So we went up there. This man is awesome! He acknowledged speaking with me on the phone about it, had the valve stem changed quickly, and charged a lot less than what Discount Tire wanted. If you're in the south suburbs, and need to get your cat rolling quickly, definitely stop by and see Rudy! Mavis tire fixed the car, didn't over charge, and has great customer service. Will definitely do back again!
