Bernie I hope you know you lost a customer. My wife praised your shop when I met her. I used your shop and was always given more identified problems to what I at that time was gullible too. This last time I did my due diligence ( finally) and trusted my gut. My wife took in her 2012 Honda pilot and lo and behold. A huge job again. Not this time. I took it to another trusted shop and guess what? The problems your crew listed were fixed by an oil pan leak. Not the big job your shop listed. And also a fraction of the price. It’s bad enough we are vulnerable. It’s bad enough it’s a woman. I wonder if you would challenge this crew you have or say you don’t recognize me having service there. What a shame. Semper Fi. Myself and my family frequented this shop and entrusted them with 4 of our vehicles. My car was running fine until I had major worked performed here. Wouldn’t recommend at all unless you’re strictly getting minor repairs or maintenance. Oil change and brakes!

They were transparent regarding costs and what it would take to fix the issues. My goal was to be able to trade my car in for a new vehicle which I did this past weekend. I would like to thank Bill's Service Center for their help and would 100% recommend them for vehicle service.

View on GoogleHad an oil change and was issued a sheet (which I requested) detailing some mechanical issues that would eventually need addressing. Scott and team appeared courteous, professional and I haven't had a problem with services rendered, to date. Pricing doesn't seem outrageously high & my aunt is a long-time customer of this establishment who swears by their work. I will be taking my car back for future repairs. Thanks, Robin V.
