They try to treat you like a kid. The mechanic changed a headlight bulb on my car. I had no problems before he changed it. It took him a hour to change 1 bulb. Then a day later for some reason when I cut my ignition to the ACC position and then was about to turn the engine on my car wouldn't start. I thought it was the batter or Alternator. I got both checked and nothing was wrong with them. It happened 3 more times. I took it back to the shop and explained to the owner what was going on. He goes on about how good his mechanic is and that he didn't do nothing else to the car. The owner is very rude. While I'm talking he interrupts me and starts yelling. He tried to not let me get a word in. Which he has done since day 1 of working on my car. Then he says you go inside and sit down while I check on your car. I told him I don't need to sit down in his hot office. And that I preferred to stay outside. This dude tries to play like he's a ok guy. I will never go back due to his rude behavior and his lying mechanic. Yeah I allowed you to do the work. You fixed those things. That's what you was payed to do. The problem that I'm having has to do with the wires your mechanic rigged while changing that bulb. That's why I was watching him. I know your kind. The problem did not exist prior to him changing the bulb. That's why it took him a hour to change the bulb. The car is a 2009 Lexus RX 350 with 180,000 miles on it. So what. Those cars go up to 300,000 or better on miles. It's all good. My money will surely spend elsewhere. That's why you have a high turnover rate with mechanics. I wonder why? I wonder who wrote this for you. I know for a fact your reading and writing of the English language is poor. For I have seen you ask one of the mechanics could he explain to you what something meant that you was trying to read. And the mechanic that you're speaking of is the same one that created this new problem.
