I’ve been trying to be understanding when it comes to servicing my vehicle it’s foreign However I ask to check all fluid levels!!! my oil was completely low!!! N He said it only needs windshield fluid smh .. charge $30 for almost make me loose an engine the main guy tries to slick talk n avoid the real reason that you tell him. Definitely Rude Very arrogant and honestly not a Great business to have with an attitude. Man up take Responsibility! You are rushing with peoples Lives!

Call to get a quote and right away the person whom answered took a deep breath and sounded annoyed by the question. Then just answered with bring the car over that’s the only way to quote it. FYI that is why business have phone numbers so customers can call. We have options why bring the car to one place when we have the choice to look for option. when if the customer knows exactly what kind of repair it needs just quote it. Everyone is going to always try and look for what is most convenient for our selfs don’t get mad and say “ we just calling to find cheaper prices” when you do it to for other things. that’s part of business.

The total experience was very satisfying, the professional mechanics taking time to explain things in detail where you felt like you could understand everything they were saying about what was needed and what was not needed even though someone else told us different. That makes you know that you can TRUST the Murillo mechanics not to over charge you and they did a couple of things that they did not charge us for. You talk about feeling good when you leave a place that people normally dread having to go in the first place!?!? Roberto really makes you feel like you are like an old friend of the family. He explains everything and keeps the PRICES LOW!!!! You cannot beat that. Keep up the good work guys.
