View on GoogleWent to have a battery replaced simple job right? No!!! Turned into the experience from hell it’s the coldest week of the year and I leave my car for 5 mins come back now all of a sudden I have a fluid leek and my heat is not working I didn’t feel comfortable letting them even replace the battery they claim my car was leaking when they pulled in the garage but this is a flat out lie!!!!!! Because just prior to me bringing it to them I was looking at the same exact spot they claim the “leak “was coming from I can’t believe they would intentionally damage my vehicle just to try and squeeze more money out of me now I have the initial problem the battery and now I have no heat it’s 9 degrees currently I feel so robbed

I had a service reminder for an oil change, transmission fluid, and transfer case fluid check.... turned out that I didn't need the transfer case fluid change or transmission fluid, and instead of charging me like they could have... they only told me to change the oil. When they discovered some issues, they helped me understand what was wrong and what issues to prioritize. Jimmy also sat on the phone with me for more than an hour to make sure that the insurance company covered my repairs, When they originally denied them. I'm so happy I came to this place...will be back!!
