I had a great experience with Michelle Body Shop. I was involved in an accident in the morning on the 14th of this month. As soon as the claim was completed, I called the shop around 2 PM and let them know the claim was already set up. Michelle immediately let me know they could help and took the car the same day. Everything was extremely smooth. I did not even need to contact the rental car company because Michelle handled everything for me. All I had to do was show up, tell her who I was, and the rental car was already waiting for me. Throughout the process, she kept me updated every step of the way. She explained the damage clearly and kept me informed about the ETA for parts from the dealer, paint work, and repairs. She initially mentioned the bumper could take until Monday or Tuesday to arrive, but everything came in earlier than expected. The car was worked on Thursday and Friday, and I received it back on Saturday afternoon. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Michelle Body Shop for their professionalism, communication, and outstanding customer service.
