I had the same experience as Dee. Smith in the reviews. My car was driven for personal use without my knowledge by someone at this body shop. Here is the story. My insurance company (Erie Ins) sent me to this shop stating they are a preferred shop. After looking up reviews and driving by shop, I had concerns since the shop is a mess, disorganized and this tells me something about them doing quality work. Ive taken my car to other body shops that are organized and clean. I decided to trust this shop based on reviews and give them a chance. The shop told me my car would be done in one week. I received no update call. I called the end of the week and they said they needed another week because the replacement door they ordered was damaged (hhhmm). Still no call another week later and I had to call them for status. The days later I picked up my car and the body work and paint seems good. As I was transferring my stuff from the rental car to my car I noticed mud on the front passenger seat and muddy paw prints on the back seat and middle center console between the front seats. Why was a dog in my car? I immediately showed the office manager, Pat, and she was very apologetic. She said she doesn't know why there are paw prints inside my car. I requested my car be detailed inside which they agreed. She asked if they could keep the car for the whole day to clean and they would drop off my car at my house 2 miles away. I got a ride back home. Imagine my surprise when someone from the shop showed up 45 mins later at my house with my car. They didnt even have the courtesy to clean the mess they made and did not give my car a detail clean but a quick wipe of the seats and they still missed the mud on the passenger seat. They could have made it right. I agree with the other reviewer that someone at the shop, maybe owner, is driving the cars for personal use. I even found all my Satellite radio channels changed. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. It is not an ethical shop and the way I was treated tells me they dont care about customer service. Here are my pictures to prove my experience. The Korean Sirius XM channel set on my SAT channels was a give away that it maybe the owner. BTW, we have never owned pets - no dog no cats and I keep my car very clean. Only go here if you dont care about customer service or you're ok with your car being used for joy rides.

Staff was very friendly. Mark was very helpful and patient with me. Mark kept me updated every step of the way he went above, and beyond. My car looks brand new. The paint match is perfect!! Work is impeccable and exceed expectations! I definitely recommend this place!

Phong Thai and Mark are exceptional. I got the entire passenger side from rear to front repaired and painted. I paid out of pocket. I will definitely be returning if ever needed.

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was really nice and super professional. They always answer the phone and are great with communication. Hopefully I don’t need repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be back. Shout out to Pat who is so kind and understanding!!
