I was extremely impressed with the friendly staff. I was losing windshield wiper fluid quickly. Luis was extremely professional and polite he explained what I needed , time it will take to replace the part and the price which was a fair price. They service my car and go me in and out quickly and I was impressed Luis constantly came over to update me on the progress while car was being worked on. I also impressed on how clean and organized the repair was. I so glad I found them and I definitely refer my friends and family. Everyone was so genuine friendly which goes a long ways. Do not trust this shop. They completely misdiagnosed my AC issue and tried to charge me over $860 for a new compressor that I did not need. I told the manager, Luis, that I suspected an electrical issue, but they jumped straight to the most expensive replacement. When I arrived to pick up the car, the AC still did not work, and the mechanic was still scrambling under the hood. They still took my money, only to admit the next day that they couldn't fix it. They left my car running for about 20 mins with a radiator fan unplugged, telling me if they plugged it back in, the AC might stop working. This is dangerous and could have overheated my engine. I took my car to Cermak Automotive down the street instead. They diagnosed the vehicle for free in under an hour. It was just a faulty AC pressure switch. Luis later admitted his mechanic only checked the sensor with a multimeter, completely failing to test if it was actually reading system pressure. As you can see in my attached photo, the old sensor was heavily and visibly corroded. They completely missed this obvious visual cue and relied on a basic electrical test that didn't prove the part was actually working. I asked them to at least cover the small repair cost from the second shop since they completely misdiagnosed my car, but they refused. They are "parts-changers" who guess with your money rather than doing real diagnostic work. Avoid them at all costs. (edit) REPLY TO OWNER: I explicitly told Luis when I walked in that I suspected an electrical issue. You admit in your response that you do not perform electrical diagnostics, yet instead of turning my business away or referring me to a specialist upfront, you chose to charge me over $860 for a brand-new compressor. Your diagnostic process made no logical sense from the start: you claimed my system had no Freon, yet your leak test found zero leaks. An empty system always has a leak. When I asked Luis how this is possible, he had no explanation for it, highlighting his ignorance on car AC systems. Showing a picture of a part does not prove it failed to a non-mechanic; I approved the repair because I trusted you as the professionals to solve the actual problem. I don't claim to be a mechanic, but the facts speak for themselves: your expensive repair failed to fix the root cause of my AC issue. While the AC did temporarily blow cold at the shop, it immediately stopped working again as soon as the car was turned on and off. The second shop diagnosed the root issue in less than an hour, replaced ONLY the inexpensive pressure switch, and my AC has worked perfectly ever since. A faulty pressure switch cuts power to the compressor clutch. Because you admittedly lack the capability to test electrical components, you chose to ignore my warning and guessed with my money on an expensive mechanical part instead of performing a competent diagnostic. If properly diagnosing an AC system requires both electrical and mechanical expertise, you should have never touched my car in the first place and should have turned my business away.

Customer service was exceptional. Great communication. Service was done well and reasonable pricing and time. Thank you Luis up front and Manny the mechanic for taking care of the ride. I will definitely be coming back.

I recommended this place to my mom after getting my tire fixed here. She’s had to take her car to get fixed multiple times in her usual shop for the same issue. After bringing it here, she hasn’t had to come back for any repair for a bit over a year. Sure they charged a bit more than her usual place but she only had to go once. That to me says a lot. And after recommending it to my sister for a weird noise coming from her truck, they fixed it fast and for a decent price. You pay for what you want, and I rather pay a little more once than paying less on multiple visits.
