A - Ok towing & Tire

Horrible towing service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The guy I called for a tow told me to text him a pick up and drop off location. No other questions asked. Texted me back a flat fee of $150 which was the agreed price. Upon arrival to where my vehicle was parked his girlfriend comes out of the tow truck to speak with me. She starts to ask me questions. I told her it was involved in a collision. She didn't mention a price difference. She tells me they'll meet me at the drop off location. The guy begins to hook up my vehicle so I leave. Half way home I get a phone call from the tow truck drivers girlfriend telling me that they had a issue hooking up the vehicle and that I failed to mention it was involved in a collision so they have to increase the price an additional $70?! I told me her no one asked if it was in an accident and the price was already agreed upon. She responded, I can take my business somewhere else and they would leave the keys in the vehicle. I told her do not leave my keys in the vehicle. As I was trying to speak the girlfriend was yelling over me asking how long it would take me to return. I let her know I was coming back for the keys do not leave. Obviously these people do not want to make money. This was bad business! When I told the person who referred me to this towing business he was in shock! He's never heard of additional charges because its been in a collision. They wanted to scam me out of extra money. I did exactly what she told me, I took my business somewhere else and got a better deal. If the owner reads this post please feel free to contact me for additional information.

I was a victim of a hit and run, with damage to my spare tire. I recently just got a flat a few days prior. I called, and they picked up right away, mind you it’s a few minutes before midnight. I had to be at work by 5 AM. I sent pictures, confirmed sizing, and they were on their way…The service was quick and professional. They also made making payments very easy. I was back up in no time, with a regular tire, and my spare fixed. I was honestly shocked at how quick the service was. I appreciate them coming to my area too. I highly recommend!
