I came to this muffler shop ready to give them my business, but instead I was met with complete disregard. The staff made it very clear they didn’t want to help me, and rather than offering solutions or at least treating me with respect, they brushed me off as if my business didn’t matter. That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially for a local shop that should value every customer who walks through the door. I had cash in hand and was ready to move forward, but they showed zero interest. A business that turns away willing customers for no good reason shows poor professionalism and even worse customer service. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect, this is not the place to go.

Very happy with my experience here. My flex pipe broke off, came here to see if they could fix it. Showed up at 12:45 on a Friday afternoon and left at 1:15 with a functioning car again. I got lucky that no one else was waiting for service, but even so, they are really quick and efficient with their work. Price as much much cheaper than other shops I got estimates for.
