4.8 stars? I’m not quite sure that’s accurate. If this shop has worked out for others, great — but that wasn’t my experience. I brought my truck in for transmission issues, and while Saul seemed knowledgeable over the phone, that confidence didn’t translate into results. They said the truck would be ready by Tuesday, but I didn’t get it back until Wednesday. I dropped it off Thursday, and with the shop closed Saturday through Monday for Labor Day, the whole process took nearly a week. Communication was poor — I didn’t get any updates unless I called first. In the end, the part they replaced wasn’t even the issue, and it felt like they were just guessing, going in circles instead of diagnosing the actual problem. For a shop charging $150 an hour, I expected more diligence and transparency. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here.

I brought my car in today expecting the worst. The manager test drove my car. He was really nice and knowledgeable. He didn't try to up-sale me, which as a woman is so important to me. He resolved the issue in no time. I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleMy cousin took his Acadia in due to a shudder they had experienced in the past and was told by another shop it needed a new torque converter. Saul invested some time in diagnosis and test drove the vehicle. In the end he could not find anything wrong as the vehicle ran fine. He sent him on his way saying there is no repair needed at this time. Hard to find good shops with character. I’m sure when the vehicle needs to be serviced this will be the place that gets that business. Thank you so much for helping my cousin this afternoon!
View on GoogleWas having transmission problems with my car and after doing a search I found this shop, and I would recommend them to anyone. They take the time to look into a problem and make sure they fix it right, and they keep you informed every step of the way. Mr. Saul also makes sure you understand why certain things need to be fixed and will even show you as well. Overall a great experience getting my car fixed with them and I would recommend to anyone who needs transmission work done.
