My second time in as many weeks going here, first was a minor tire issue they fixed same day, very affordable. This time I needed a diagnostic, which they sent over an estimate quick via online text that showed pictures and details so I could approve. Very convenient. They also took the time to remind me my warranty would cover the fix and recommended I check with the dealer first. Otherwise they quoted me a one day turnaround with a fair price. All in all I will return as my first stop for all repairs.

I brought my car to Tuffy for an oil change, and asked them to check my brakes as well. The dealer where I've had the car serviced since buying it changed hands a while back. The new folks recommended some brake work at what seemed like a ridiculously high price; Tuffy recommended more extensive brake work at a much more reasonable price. I knew I needed some work done on my brakes, and was thrilled with Tuffy's price, honesty, and that they finished the work when they said they would. Also, the ads on their sign make me smile. Highly recommended!!

My car needed some unexpected and very expensive work done and I could not be more grateful to the guys who work here! They went the extra mile to help make the fix a little more affordable for me, they were quick, and they were helpful in walking me through everything. Also, as a woman, I love going to a shop that I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off at or talked down to. I’ve been here before and I’ll be back! I highly recommend!

We were out shopping along Southport and came back to a completely flat tire. Not exactly how you want to end a day out. We drove straight over to Tuffy and they took care of us immediately. They had us in and out in less than 30 minutes, quickly identified a nail in the tire, and patched it up completely free of charge. On top of that, they checked all of our other tires and even refilled our wiper fluid. Everyone there was incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. We’re so grateful for the quick turnaround and would highly recommend Tuffy to anyone in the area!

Honest, easy to work with, and it's easy to get an appointment. I took my Volvo SUV there for the first time today. Oil change, spark plugs replaced and tire rotation within a few hours. So honest -- they reported that brakes and struts will need replacement in the future, but told me there was plenty of life left in them and there wasn't a need to rush work on them.
