crooked and horrible did honor the warranty to fix but having to take it back after less then 3 months and now it's broke again. local ford dealership said who ever worked on the transmission last really screwed it up. Trans master is the only place that has touched it. extra quarts of granny fluid and metal shaving just weeks after the supposedly rebuilt it.

Avoid this place if you can. Just try to talk more with manager and you will understand that he is not a good guy. The manager will find ways to charge you more for unnecessary things. $90 for oil change for economy basic cars is already overcharging customers. $45 for lifting cars up and they call "inspection fee" which they didn't tell customers upfront! When I said I am not paying that $45 inspection fee, he was upset by me and kick me out.

This place is fantastic. I found this place when I got my Toyota and Abraham is honestly the most amazing guy I've ever met. I'm not really the car person. A light comes on I take it in, something needs to be changed I take it in, an unfamiliar sound I take it in... I'm sure you can catch my drift. Even though I know little to nothing about cars Abraham isn't there to rip me off. He's very friendly and seems like the wants to get to know you and your concerns he will be honest when something major needs to be fixed and how long you can wait to get it fixed. This place is great! Highly recommended this little auto shop they know what they are doing.

What are the 3 most important things you want in an auto repair guy? I think they are competence, honesty and fair price. I've been going to Transmission Masters for 10 years and have had about 20 repair jobs for my 5 cars during that time, from broken trunk latch to complete engine reassembly. Owner Abraham's proven diagnosis skills give you confidence every time you seek his help. Having referred many friends and family to him, I have been able to compare estimates for identical jobs from other shops and have found his charges to be significantly lower than others. And what he fixes stays fixed -- I've never had the same problem recur. If you deal with Abraham you will very quickly realize that his honesty is indisputable.
