My car drama saga started on Christmas Day of 2025. I was told by a local shop in my neighborhood that the problem with my car was probably electrical as the car didn't start despite changing the battery. After 2 weeks of trying to communicate with other mechanics, I was referred to Top Quality Auto by a close friend. THE DIFFERENCE WAS NIGHT AND DAY! The communication was GREAT and the whole process was seamless. The car was inspected and it turned out to be the starter. The price for labor and the starter was very reasonable. While the shop may be far from me, they have gained another customer. Shout out to Anita and the team

They were closing but the person who answered patiently listened to me, offered suggestions, and looked outside to see if my car was there.
