Complete scam artists. Do NOT go here! I took my car to Tenorio Tire Shop on 4/27/26 because I had a slow leak in one tire. All four tires on my vehicle are brand new. I explained the issue, and the guy told me to pull the car up so they could look at it. They changed the tire without ever discussing or showing me a price upfront. When I went to pay, they hit me with a $45 charge. I asked what happened to my tire and why they replaced it. The guy just shrugged and said “it’s bad” with zero proof, no explanation, and no showing me the damaged tire. I felt completely taken advantage of. Then my TPMS (tire pressure) light stayed on after the work. The same guy told me it needed a new sensor and that if I brought one in, he would install it. So I went out, bought the sensor, and came right back. Suddenly he wanted another $20 for the “install” and said, “Nothing is free in this country.” At that point I just left. I was done being nickel-and-dimed. This place has zero transparency on pricing, pushes unnecessary work, and treats customers like they’re stupid. They assume you’ll just pay whatever they say without question. The whole experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch scam. I will never go back and I strongly recommend everyone else avoids Tenorio Tire Shop at 4921 S. Ashland Ave. in Chicago. There are plenty of honest tire shops in the city — this is not one of them. They out to get you watch these guys..
