I had two valve cover gaskets replaced at this shop about two years ago, which was not an inexpensive repair. Recently, I began experiencing oil leaks from the same gaskets again, so I brought the vehicle back to have them inspect it. After looking at it, they told me the gaskets would need to be replaced again and quoted me the full repair cost. I understand that warranties expire, and I was not expecting them to redo the work for free. However, as a customer, I felt it was reasonable to ask questions about why the same issue returned after only two years and to understand their service process for this type of repair, since valve cover gasket replacements are generally expected to last much much longer. Instead of providing a clear explanation, the owner became visibly irritated that I was asking questions. The conversation quickly turned unprofessional, and I was told they no longer wanted to service my vehicle and that I should take it somewhere else. That experience was very disappointing. When you’re paying for significant repairs, you should be able to ask questions about the work being done without being met with hostility. Based on my experience, I would caution others that if a problem returns from this shop, asking for clarification may not be well received so you may want to think twice. I am happy to take my business elsewhere to business’s who appreciate customers hard earned money. Plus they are extremely rude and standoffish.

I really rock with Judy …she is a diligent, honest and has a great mechanical team. They had to deal with a replacement of an Infiniti Q 50 engine and the company kept sending bad engines. Judy was diligent and communicating with me as well as getting the vehicle working properly, they have done a numerous amount of work on brakes as well as simple oil changes and electrical work…car is running better than it has since it was purchased in 2020

The first time Judy sent me to the other shop and Chris I want to say is his name. He looked at something for me I asked how much nothing. I appreciated. Now I'm back here getting work did. Pricey but I don't know. I know I wanted my car fixed. 05/07/26

Brought my car for maintenance and a lot of basic services were not completed. Wiper fluid was still empty when I got my car back (though I didn’t notice until later), and my tire pressure warning light was still on. They told me they couldn’t reset the tire pressure warning because they didn’t have the programmer (which as a car repair shop, they should probably have). But it turns out they probably just didn’t even bother to fill my tires. I remember it not feeling like they had been filled when I drove my car home, but I didn’t have a gauge until a few months later and ALL four were down to 20-22 psi (from 39 or so). Definitely not a normal amount to have dropped to from late spring until summer… On top of that, as soon as I filled them myself, I got rid of the tire warning on my dash by clicking a single button. This is all standard stuff they should do and know. I would not get my car maintenanced someplace that won’t even do a good job with basic, simple tasks…I don’t even know if the other services were performed well, but I’ll be taking my car someplace new to get everything re-checked, since I can’t be sure they even looked at my car. Edit: after filling my own tires since this incident, 7 months later with huge temp fluctuations where I live, they are still nowhere near 20psi, my tires were clearly never filled at this location like the comment below suggests. Having them drop by 1/2 in 4 months is incredibly implausible and any shop should know this. Also a google search would tell you that you didn’t need a program to reset the sensor! The VW has a button in the glove compartment, again, any good shop should know these things. Your reply shows a huge lack in competence.

Their prices are super affordable, and the quality of their work is amazing. They had my car done in about an hour and a half, maybe two hours—quick in and out—and the work they did was phenomenal. I’m definitely bringing more business here and recommending them to everyone. Great shop, great people!
