I have been getting my oil changed here for years. Always very quick kind and friendly. I also have had mechanic services here and my experience has been positive. The mechanics are knowledgeable and have been very reasonable not trying to upsell me or add services. I appreciate the honesty as well. I thought something was really wrong and it was a loose bolt which they quickly fixed one time. I will continue taking my car here. Thanks
View on GoogleThe oil change was quick and effective and everyone was polite and everything. Only thing that soured me on the place was the sticker. Common knowledge and the paperwork they gave me both say I am due for a change every 6 months and 5000 miles. The sticker they gave me however, says 3 months from now and 3000 miles. Maybe they think i am stupid, but that all seems p shady to me. Not intending to return.

View on GoogleDidn't know i was being overcharged for an oil change until I went to a tireshop and they quoted me $60. Ive been paying over $90 at this quick oil location. Customer service isnt even good either. Last time I went the man checking me out was annoyed that I asked what the $5 charge was for. If you're mad about explaining to a customer why you're charging something then that's a concern for me.
View on GoogleThey didn’t bolt on our plastic skid plate back on appropriately and it started hanging down while on the highway. It was totally bent out of shape. Went back and they tried clips but none fit well. I ended up zip tying it partially and eventually it fell off since the wind on the highway is too strong without oem clips. So now it doesn’t have a skid plate at all to protect the alternator and oil pan from the elements and rocks. Mind you, it’s an Audi and the part costs over $240 from a discount retailer. Speedy service often sacrifices quality.
