We had an unexpected car issue while traveling and this shop truly went above and beyond. They got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and had us back on the road the same day. What stood out most was their honesty and kindness. They explained everything clearly, didn’t push unnecessary repairs, and even offered us water and food for the drive home something we really appreciated after a stressful day. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and care. We’re very grateful and highly recommend them, especially if you’re from out of town and need trustworthy help. Thanks guys! We made it home safely!

I brought my 2014 Chevy Sonic to Quick and Fair Auto Repair for brake pads and rotors, a coolant reservoir replacement (it was cracked), and a bearing. I paid over $1,000 for the work. Within one day of picking up my car, it became unsafe to drive. While driving, the traction control (slip) light came on, the car lost power, the gear indicator on the dashboard malfunctioned, acceleration became extremely slow as if the car were in neutral, and the vehicle began behaving erratically. The door locks also started locking and unlocking on their own. I was nearly left stranded and felt genuinely unsafe. When I contacted the shop, they immediately claimed the issue was “pre-existing,” refused any responsibility, and stated they would only inspect the car if I paid to tow it back — with no guarantee of help and no consideration under their stated 3-month warranty. I was also told they would only look at the exact parts they worked on, despite the fact that the vehicle became dramatically worse immediately after service. To make matters worse, when my friend helped communicate on my behalf, as I was dealing with the fallout, they were met with unnecessary attitude and dismissiveness. While I understand shops are not required to fix unrelated issues for free, I do expect professionalism, clear communication, and concern for customer safety, especially when a car becomes undriveable right after service. I’m a young woman with limited car knowledge, and instead of guidance or support, I was made to feel brushed off and blamed. Whether or not the root issue existed before, the timing and lack of accountability are extremely concerning. If you choose to use this shop, I STRONGLY recommend getting everything documented in writing and being prepared to seek another opinion. Based on my experience, the service was neither “quick” nor “fair.”

Top-notch service from start to finish. The team was friendly, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They gave me an accurate estimate, finished the job on time, and even checked a few extra things at no charge. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic shop that’s honest and truly cares about its customers. My car is running smooth again and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

They are an average shop who I believe just covers things up to have you come back again and again. Brung my car in several times about my check engine light on. They would fix what they thought it was or claim it to be but the next 2 days it’s back on again. Then to not even fix what I asked them to fix besides the engine light. They use to do good work for me but I can safely say I can’t come here anymore I feel like my money has been wasted here because i still have the same problems. To pay thousands of dollars and still have the same problem?????
