I love this location and John! The price was much less than the competitors by a lot. The service was quick, yet very thorough. I called the same day and got a later appt. John is so very sweet and provided me with exceptional customer service! This location is not close to my home, but I will go out of my way to come here!
View on GoogleI spent a significant amount of money trying to get this issue resolved, and throughout the process there was a frustrating lack of communication. It often felt like the focus was on collecting payment rather than ensuring the quality of the work or keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. I waited a week before posting this review because I wanted to give Pep Boys another chance and see if my vehicle's alignment issue would be properly resolved. After a rough start, the manager, Brandon, did what he could to address my initial complaint after I contacted corporate. He provided a complimentary tire rotation and nearly 50% off the alignment service. I appreciate his efforts, and I want to be clear that this review is not a reflection of him personally. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, my vehicle continued pulling to the right after the alignment and I ultimately had to take it elsewhere to have the issue corrected. My overall experience with this location has been nothing short of a nightmare and a disappointment. While Brandon tried to make things right within his authority, the service I received has left me with no confidence in this location. As a local resident, I will not be returning for future service, nor will I recommend this location to others.
View on GoogleMike at Brickyard is the reason I still trust Pep Boys I want to publicly thank Mike at the Pep Boys near Brickyard Mall for truly outstanding customer service. After being stranded by another Pep Boys location that refused to provide clear information or help, Mike took the time to explain how Pep Boys warehouse shipments and store-to-store transfers actually work. He confirmed my tire was in stock, arranged a store-to-store transfer, and personally followed up to make sure the tire was on its way. Because of Mike, my tire was replaced the same day instead of leaving me without my car for days in freezing weather. He went far beyond what was required, and Pep Boys is fortunate to have him. This is what real customer service looks like.
View on GoogleMade appointment online because I needed a new tire. When I booked it looked like there was tons of availability. When I got there, they said they tried to call (I had no missed call) and that it would be hours before they had an opening. Went to discount tire instead (which was a drive but well worth it) and got much better service. I was driving on a donut so really was trying to avoid driving all over the place.
View on GoogleI’ve been coming to Brandon and Mike’s PepBoys for awhile now and they have always taken care of me. I’ve brought both my personal vehicle and cars from my rental fleet here multiple times and the service has always been great. They’re honest, straightforward, and make the whole process easy. It’s hard to find shops you can actually trust, but these guys have earned it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
