This Pep Boys is consistently excellent. I have visited several times for routine issues, and more recently for an emergency flat that had to be towed. The staff are professional, considerate, and very patient with additional questions so you can understand your options and make an informed decisions. The waiting area is clean and quiet, and being located in the plaza with Home Depot and Starbucks across the lot is nice so you have the option to sit and/or wander somewhere close by while you wait. I am so grateful for the team that helped me this week and would absolutely recommend this Pep Boys to anyone.

After I described the issue with my car, the team promptly carried out an evaluation and clearly outlined the required repairs along with the complete cost. Adrian was wonderful and got me in last minute to help unscrew some stuck tire valve caps yesterday evening. Adrian and the tech (Mr. B Little) stayed late to make sure my tire valves were completed. I came in to get the lower ball joints on my vehicle fixed this week, because they were making a really loud noise. I also had a noise that I could not figure out where it was coming from and I wanted it to be diagnosed. The master tech that was assigned to my car was so nice, polite and patient enough to take a test drive so he could lean into the noise I was concerned about. Before he got into my car he laid a plastic covering on the seat and paper on the floor so we would not dirty my interior. Such a thoughtful touch to the service side because I have had some really bad experiences with other shops in the past. The master tech was able to not only diagnose that sound I was experiencing, he also recommended for me to replace my upper ball joint because of the excessive play. Even though I wasn’t prepared for the upper ball joint, the fact that he was thorough enough to see it and bringing it to my attention, made me want to take care of it there and then. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them due to the great experience I had with them. I was a walk in as well and still was able to get my car serviced without hesitation.
