Came in for a Lyft and Uber inspection and had a really great experience. The store manager was awesome — you can tell the team respects her and everything runs smoothly because of it. There were three people ahead of me, but the line moved super fast and everyone was taken care of quickly. My Lyft inspection took less than 8 minutes! Quick, easy, and professional service. I already bring my other cars to this Pep Boys and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys, especially with Johnny. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, even though the shop was clearly very busy. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure my inspection forms for Uber and Lyft were completed correctly without rushing or cutting corners. The whole team was professional, efficient, and welcoming, and Johnny really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m so grateful for the great service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
