The business has been family owned for over 40 years, and everyone working there is extremely nice and competent. My V70R had its exhaust tips bent after being towed, however the people here corrected it in around 20 minutes and for an extremely fair price. I’m really happy with everything they did, I can now stop being bothered about how wrong that small piece of my car looked. Please consider them for any work that you need to be done, they are very trustworthy and worth giving your business to.

A wonderful group of people doing a great job. I highly highly recommend Payless. My car was running rough and the Stabilitrak system warning was going off along with my check engine light flashing. I don't know much about cars but I know that isn't good. I was recommended to come here by a friend from work and I am SO GLAD that I did. I felt at ease the moment I called to ask if they were available to help.Without hesitation I'd recommend this place, it felt like family was taking care of me and it is easy to tell they are doing honest work. They did the diagnostic work up on my car, showed me on the device what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. He showed me on the car what needed to be fixed and why. I needed engine coils and spark plugs replaced. I am so appreciative of these gentlemen. I'll be driving to Chicago from wherever I live to have my car taken care of by them.

My brakes had be grainy for about 2 weeks. Went to my dealership they wanted an arm and leg for brakes and rotors. I did some research and Payless came up. read some reviews nothing but good ones on here so i decided to go after work. Very welcoming workers, let me know about everything and cost up front. I got both front and back brakes done plus rotors for a more reasonable cost that’s in my pay range. They was able to get my car done same day and done within 2 hours definitely recommend this shop.
