My experiences with Sam, Elias and everyone at Parkview has been extraordinary. Previously the gentleman who kept me on the road had retired, he did the work for St. Patrick's high school on the Northside. I was worried when he retired and until I started bringing my cars to Sam and Elias at Parkview. It's been over 5 years now and they have taken exceptional care of me and kept me on the road no matter what. They have done work on my cars when other shops wouldn't, they do it all, mechanical, electrical, body work. A blessing to the community and myself. God bless them and the work they do. AMEN

For a period of several years, from approximately 2015 to 2020, my commute took me near Parkview, and my local AAA recommended them to me. The lot was a bit scruffy, and it was always packed with cars of all makes. The office was small, and the coffee was black — and sometimes a bit gone by. That said, the staff and the mechanics were always very good to me, offering a range of options when I was looking to keep a car running at modest expense while we planned for the right time to make a new purchase. I especially appreciated their frankness and the breaks that I imagined they tried to help me with when I lost my job. They had a business to run, salaries and benefits to pay themselves, but I always had the sense that they were working with their clients and customers to the best of their ability because they were a business "of and for the community," and that they were committed to the "long haul." So, I read that some of the other replies mentioned the service seemed less than desirable and less than the service and commitment I received. I don't discount those accounts, but for me, Miguel Sanchez and this team were stand-up folks and mechanics. My work and life have taken me elsewhere, and I'm rarely in the area these days. However, when I drive by Parkview Auto, I have fond memories and wish them well for 2026 and beyond, as well as you. I'm grateful for the good turns that they offered and delivered to me. Parkview Auto Repair was fantastic when my car's catalytic converter was stolen during a roadtrip to Chicago. They even stayed late to make sure they could install the new part same-day so I could get back home. Great people, fast/quality service. I am very grateful to them.

DAISY 🌼, My 06 Ford F150 had front steering and rear axle and brakes repaired. She’s back on the road like NEW. DELLA, My 99 Cadillac, DeVille, is running very Well since I picked her up. The check engine light came on, right before my emission test was due. They diagnosed and repaired Della promptly. The charges are fair and was happy to pay. I recommend Parkview to everyone.
