Norwood Auto Service is a dependable, honest shop.I brought in a recently purchased used Honda CRV to have it checked out after having a Lithium Ion fire in my garage. I had a short list of things that I needed done along with a full inspection. I got back a detailed, prioritized list of what the car needed and what it would cost before any work was done. Norwood was recommended by two family members who are long time customers. I have recommended Norwood to a couple of friends, letting them know I will be taking my ride back there in the future.

Quick service, helpful staff, fair price. Will definitely consider them again for future work on my car. Background: I had a loose OBD port (DLC) and couldn't figure out myself what was wrong with it. It just wouldn't fit in the metal bracket. I couldn't get it tested for air emission because of it (automatic fail). I called Norwood Auto and Dustin suggested a plan that was great for me (bring the car next day, have him quickly check out the car in 5 min for free, and recommend a plan based on this). I ended up bringing my car a few days after, they quickly fixed the issue, I was able to get my car back same day, I passed the emission test (Dustin even gave me additional insight to share with the emission people, just in case), I was charged a fair price. 5 stars!

The team notifies you when they find an issue and give you an accurate price estimate before you pick up the car. They are pro-active, reliable, friendly and do not pressure tactics. Took a new used vehicle for an inspection and transmission fluid service. They were quick and did a nice inspection that included pictures during the work and fluid, also including an overall report of everything. It's nice having a report and pictures; it lets the consumer know the money they spent was for a good purpose and that work got done and the vehicle was actually inspected. Having the printout is handy for future work you should tackle down the line as well. Will be back in because I feel comfortable having my car here and not having to worry about shoddy work.
