First and foremost, the team is very professional and the shop itself is very well kept. Very impressed with the work that was done to my vehicle, not to mention the turn around time, which I thought was equally impressive. As someone who is experienced with shops that's make big promises, and fail to deliver, I was pleased that they took some time and interest in what I "actually" needed to get done, you know, to make sure that we're both on the same page. Long story short, I have other worked planned for my car and it's going right back to these guys, because I know I can trust them.

I brought in my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace needing quite a bit of work, including a new water pump, thermostat housing replacement, oil change, and a new battery installation. From start to finish, Jimmy was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The entire job was completed in just 2 days, making this the fastest and most efficient mechanic experience I’ve ever had. It’s hard to find someone who combines excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and quick turnaround times, but Jimmy delivered on all three.

We were able to get a new battery for our foreign car, and still stay slightly under our budget. We'll be bringing it back to Nortown in the future. Super friendly, clean and awesome shop.
