View on GoogleI had my car's clutch assembly replaced here a few weeks ago. Quote was given quickly, service was done on schedule, and I was kept in the loop during the process. Work was done efficiently and was relatively inexpensive. Good customer service overall. Will be coming back.
View on GoogleI repeat do not take your car here, you will be ripped off. I would have gave them 0 stars, but I had to put one star. The owner of this shop is an older man, that no longer works there. He allowed his dishonest son to run the shop. His son tried to get me locked up, because I asked for an itemized invoice, for my proof of car part i purchased, where he purchased it from, the amount, and warranty. Every mechanic shop I've went to in the past, has given me an itemized invoice proof of purchase receipt. These mechanics are doing dirty work, and getting bolder by the day. I don't trust any of them, if they can't show me proof of where, and what i spent my money on, how much, and a warranty. 😒 I wanted my proof of purchase of my brakes receipt/warranty, just in case his work becomes faulty, and i have proof of what work he did, what parts were used, where the parts were purchased from, and i have a warranty to receive my free replacement brakes, to get my brake work done elsewhere, just in case i will not be returning back to his shop, like i will not now. He refused to give me my itemized invoice proof of purchase receipt, which seemed odd, because what do you have to hide? 🤔 Instead he threatened me, attacked me, and tried to get me locked up. I regret i ever stepped foot in his shop. He's Just a petty man.😪 😫 😞 I'm also reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, and getting me a lawyer. Customers by law you have a right to receive a itemized invoice proof of purchase receipt. I mean why would a owner of a mechanic shop, think it's ok, to not give a customer their proof of their purchase?🤔 He never showed me a contract to sign, stating he don't give costumers itemized invoice receipt for proof of purchase. I don't believe he fixed or did anything to my car.

View on GoogleTook my car in for a brake job and oil change—total came to about $450. The staff was friendly, but the service felt rushed. They didn't offer much in terms of explanation or options, and I had to follow up for updates. While the work seems fine, I expected more transparency and communication for the price. Not sure if I'd return without clearer service.
