Truly amazing service. Came for repairs to pass my emissions test. They ran quick tests and gave me an easy to understand diagnosis and great advice about what to fix and how to save money. No BS, no upselling. They made the repairs the same day at a great price, then even took my car to get it tested for me. And sure enough it passed! So I was able to leave the same day all ready to get my new registration sticker. Thank you so much, Robert!

Saturday pickup after they had car For a day and a half for AC problem $156.00 for 1.4 hrs and claimed they recharged AC even though nothing on invoice stating it. 10 minutes after I left AC blowing hot again What the heck. So started to check myself on why the clutch wasn't engaging to keep the compressor running after a few simple test and a little reading found it was a bad AC relay $28.00 fix. I've going to Norms for the last 30+ but this is the 1st time they dropped the ball. Went in and spoke with Joe and found out he did do as charged because the freon was low but not the only problem and was he was never told by the office what was actually going on with the car. As soon as I explained and before I could even say it he said it was the relay. Compensation given. They are fair, know their Stuff at Norm's and this is why I'll always go there.

View on GoogleI am still in shock at the surprise $300 price tag they claimed for emission testing passing. I called on Tuesday and asked for a posible quote for the code that was given when I failed the emission test. They said I would have to bring it in. I brought it in on Wednesday. They did something and said it was fixed and I would need to drive it around and come back for them to test it. I had to do this twice because it failed the first time. After the second time I was asked if I can leave the car so they can look further into it. I brought the car back on Thursday morning and left it their. Still no talk of price or what exactly will need to be repaired. I called back later in the evening to get updates but was told they would call me on Friday afternoon. I get a call Friday morning saying my car is ready and it passed. I get their and head to the front. The guy says they had to put $25 gas in my car because they had to drive it.(my car had a good amount of gas in it for at least 75miles) Then he proceeds to tell me the total of $325 and I'm like how? They are like its for passing your emissions test and I'm like what was done and they are like wiring and helping you pass emissions testing. No details no nothing. I paid and I promised myself that I will never step my foot their or recommend anyone their ever. JUST BE UPFRONT WITH YOUR PRICING INSTEAD OF GIVING CUSTOMERS A SUPRISE BILL.
