This place is a ripoff. Dropped my car off to have a noise checked out. Two of the mechanics informed me of the problem and I told one of them that I didn't want to spend unnecessary money on parts that wouldn't solve my problem. He said he would run my car on the diagnostic machine and call me later with more info. Hours past and no call so I went to the mechanic and there's my car ready to go in the parking lot. I spent over five hundred dollars and my car sounds worse than when I first took it in. I returned shortly after and told the mechanic. He tried to convince me that the noise had previously been there as if I were some kind of fool. As soon as he seen that I was not satisfied, his demeanor suddenly changed as if HE was upset that I complained. He tried to walk away, I then told him he was a thief for installing parts without my approval especially since the part cost over $300. ($520 total) and it didn't eliminate the noise. This place does guess work and does not compensate or reimburse when they do lousy work. Instead they give you the BS and tell you to bring the car back to rip you off AGAIN!!! I won't be going there ever again and don't recommend anyone to go there either. Smooth ripoff artist.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. I took my 05 range rover for a oil leak. They charged me $1500 They claimed to have fixed the leak (which they did not) and also messed up the wire harness. The same day I picked the vehicle up from the shop I was on the highway and the car just died on me while I was at a high speed. I When I tried to call the owner she did not pick up so I had to take my car to another shop. They found the problem with the wire harness and sent me a video. They also showed me that the car was still leaking. When I sent the video to the owner he said because another shop touched the car I voided my warranty. I had to pay another shop $2000 to redo the job Monroys Muffler Shop did. Which why would I want the shop to touch my car again after they gave it to me and messed the entire engine up. I will never do business here and I hope no one gets hurt by bringing there car here.
