I went in for a simple brake job, but it turned into a bigger job than anticipated. Jose was great—super professional—and it cost more, but that’s because he found issues I didn’t know about. George was great as well. These guys fixed the issues, and now the car doesn’t sound like it’s going to fall apart. They’re straight shooters and fair. What’s great is there’s an Advance Auto just north of the shop that had all the parts necessary to fix the car. I highly recommend Midwest Tires. I’ll be going back if any issues arise.

Horrible experience. Took my 16 grand cherokee for an alignment, the guy said he aligned it but even after he test drove it he said it was not aligning well. Asked if he's aligning by machine, he said yes but when seeing it he wasn't he was just guessing. Asked if he knew what parts needed to be replaced and he said not sure. After taking it elsewhere i got my suv aligned better than this place. Waste of time and money. Your better off taking it elsewhere.
