Muy careros!!! They wanted to charge me $300.00 only on labor to change my breaks not including parts. I just got them repaired a year ago so it wasn't like they were stuck or something. My vehicle needed more repairs and they wanted to charge me $30.00 to create and estimate. That was a deal braker for me. You are that money hungry that you want to charge for an estimate? This is how you lose customers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

View on GoogleCame in for a rattling heat shield on my muffler. They got me in quick, showed me exactly what was going on, and fixed it no problem. Even gave me an estimate on a couple other things I already knew I needed without being pushy about it. Good service, would come back.
View on GoogleWorst place ever I'm warning you do not go to this place, they're bad business all the way across the board, I went for a wheel alignment,he faked like he did the job ,charge me $120 they did not drive it after they faked repaired it to assure me the problem was fixed ,and I still have the same problem I had when I took it there,they dont give you no warranty, and they insist that you sign a receipt after you pay them stating that you approve of the work they never did, and I almost had to get violent with them because they didn't wanna give me my keys to my vehicle and I had paid them the service fee for a job that they didn't do... I'm reporting this issue to the better business bureau. This place is a no go. People please do not take your vehicle to this place it's a total rip off and they do not do the work you pay them to do. Worst place ever!!!!
View on GoogleStay FAR away from this place. My brother approved a $915 tune-up. That’s it! After the work was done, they called saying he was going to need a fuel pump, he clearly said NO. When he got there, the bill was suddenly $1,515. They went ahead and replaced the fuel pump without authorization and then presented him paperwork to sign AFTER the work was already done. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels like a scam. He was put in a position where we had no choice but to pay an extra $600 he never agreed to, just to get the vehicle back. No written approval, no integrity, no accountability. If you value your money, do NOT trust this shop nor trust Kevin or Louis! There name should be Shiesters On Western! ***They are NOT BBB acreddited for a reason!
