I was a little skeptical at first because of the deposit, but people need to understand that when you’re working with an LLC, that’s part of doing business professionally. MA Affordable Tire Repair came through fast and exactly as promised. Within 30 minutes, he was at my location in Rosemont and had everything handled efficiently. Very professional, straightforward, and convenient mobile service. I’m satisfied with the work and the overall experience. Highly recommend him and the service he provides.

I had an interesting experience here. The staff seemed genuinely nice and friendly at first, which is why this situation is disappointing. I came in expecting a straightforward tire service, but things quickly felt off. After they took my tire off, I was told I needed a replacement and was given the option between a used or brand new tire. I specifically said I wanted a used one. After that, I was told my old tire had already been thrown away. Then, to make matters worse, he came back and said they were actually out of used tires—leaving me with no choice but to buy a brand new one. The whole situation didn’t sit right with me. It felt like I was backed into a corner and didn’t really have a fair choice in the end. I wanted to trust the process, especially since everyone was so polite, but the way this was handled makes me question the honesty of the service. I’d recommend others ask a lot of questions and be very clear before any work is done.

It so happened that driving in the abnormally cold weather in Chicago damaged my front left tire. I didn't have a spare, and I needed a new tire right away. I have a Hyundai Veloster with very specific low-profile tires, which weren't available anywhere, from Pep Boys and Mavis to Walmart. Everywhere I checked, I would have to order the tires and wait several days. Only at Affordable Tires was I able to find a brand new tire in stock. Finding this place was a great stroke of luck and a huge relief. They have a huge selection and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for a new tire next time.

I had a great experience working with Ray over the phone. From the start, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured. What stood out most was his attitude—friendly, respectful, and focused on helping me get exactly what I needed. Even without being in the shop in person, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by. Ray definitely represents the shop well, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call back or recommend them because of him.

I ended up here over the summer when I had a tire with a nail in it, and they took great care of me. Fast service, super fair prices, and you can really see the teamwork in the shop. They’re also bilingual! Funny enough, it’s now December and I somehow managed to get two nails in a different tire 🤦🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t remember the name of the shop at first, but after searching I found them again :) I’m so glad I did. Same great service, same great prices. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a used tire or quick help. They really take care of you!
