We've been bringing our vehicles here for years, and they've consistently done great work. The team is honest about what repairs are actually needed and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. They explain the costs clearly, their prices are fair, and the quality of the repairs has always been excellent. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this is one of them. We get all of our maintenance and repairs done here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were the low bidder for a front bumper replacement on our Jaguar XF, by about $300. Worked with our schedule and completed the repair on time and on budget. The staff was amazing( I had Adam) and very attentive communicating often. Very polite and professional. If we ever have any additional issues we will be coming here!

I had a slow leak in a tire and drove to Lucas Tires without an appointment. I was greeted immediately and explained the problem. They checked the tire, found and removed a nail and applied a patch. My car was ready quickly and before I expected. From start to finish the service I received was highly professional.

Years ago I discovered Lucas Tire. Took my car there for years was always pleased. Moved out of state for a while but I’m back in Chicago now and the other day I ran over a Chicago pothole and blew out a tire. It was about time to replace my tires anyway so I called Lucas. They helped me get a tow and got me a great deal on 4 new tires with an alignment. They even called me a few days later to make sure everything was good with the car. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but the folks at Lucas tires have been delivering exceptional customer service at reasonable prices for decades. Can not recommend them highly enough. Great people and great service!!!

Called five other businesses for a tire replacement and they were the only ones able to do it same day. They changed out my tire in just over an hour and were super friendly. Slightly more pricey than another place further outside of the city that quoted me (~$40 less) but worth the quick service. They included a free inspection of oil/filters/etc!
