Have had an amazing experience with Florian and his guys, with several cars over many years. He is quick, skilled and fair. He will also definitely tell you if you don't need to fix something, and gives great recs if you need something else (tires, body work). Highly recommend!

I had to have bushings and rear brakes replaced on my BMW535. I was sick of the arrogance and overpricing at the car dealership and Florin/team came highly recommended. Uses only authorized parts with import cars but more importantly, Florin is committed to his customers and integrity of his work when taking care of your baby! View on GoogleI had a great experience at Lincoln Park Import with Florin. He was super nice, easy to work with, and came across as genuine and honest throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, helped me understand what needed to be done now versus what could wait, and I never felt pressured. The service was excellent and I paid a lot less than I would have at the dealership. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism here and will definitely be coming back.
View on GoogleThree reasons why I really like bringing my cars to Florin: 1.) He is competitive with the dealership on both labor and parts. His total prices are about 20%-25% lower in my experience. And he is willing to help figure out ways to save his customers money. My car has a bent wheel. It has 60K miles, and we plan to sell it in a year. Florin was more than happy to spend some extra time to see if he could find a * used * replacement. That would not happen at a dealership. 2.) Florin diagnoses issues without charging a diagnostic fee. And then he comes up with a cost-reasonable fix. Today, I dropped off my A3 and noted a constant humming noise, which has really been bothering me. The root cause had been misdiagnosed elsewhere. Florin thought it might be a bad bearing, but he confirmed that by taking a test drive. I like seeing car problems for myself and said I would be right over, just to check it out. Florin put the wheel back on, raised the car on the lift, gave it some gas, and showed me the problem. That's service. 3.) Florin does not recommend work that does not need to be done. I recently had a free multi-point check at the dealership, which noted a small amount of oil seeping from the engine. It would have cost $2500 to fix, for a car with 60K miles. Florin looked into it. Yes, there was some seepage, but it was not a major issue, it certainly was not a safety problem, and he recommended not fixing it. Gotta love a trusted repair shop that does not try to sell unnecessary work. We have been bringing our Audi A3 and, previously, our Range Rover Sport to Florin for years. I strongly recommend Florin and his shop.
