I was charged $170.00 for a 6 quart oil change full synthetic on my Ford Explorer. After inquiring, I was told by the owner Tony that he makes no profit on oil changes, but yet tells me he charges $20.00 a quart! LOL! That’s over 100% profit per quart. Save your money and go somewhere else. My fault for trying to support a local business and what I thought was an honest owner. I will be taking my services elsewhere. Tire rotation was NOT included in this price either. He also lied to my face and claimed he adjusted the air in my tires. My tire pressures did not reflect his statement. My wife also was over paying. See photos. Jiffy Lube is $120 AFTER TAXES btw…Ford is also more reasonable and includes a car wash. Avoid Crest Auto completely.

View on GoogleI’ve lived in the neighborhood three years and have brought all of my vehicles over there ever since for almost anything that Tony and team could take on. Tony is a good guy and easy to communicate with and you can trust he’ll never want you spending more than you’ll have to. There are multiple times I’ve asked if my vehicle needed something and any other place would have said “of course” (to get the money) but Tony has said honestly , “let’s wait til you really need it.” If you’re looking for a mechanic, I’d definitely check them out.

View on GoogleThe guys here are great! It is hard to find an honest mechanic or at least that had been my experience. These guys are extremely honest and shoot you straight. They have even recommend I take my vehicle to another mechanic for a muffler cause it would save me money. They would of course do the work if I wanted but they were trying to help me out. Have you ever had a mechanic say that to you before? I bring my vehicle here for every issue.
