The folks here are always nice, and haven’t had an issue with the service itself, but it’s happened multiple times that they’ve said they’ve called me about something when they haven’t. They seem to be disorganized and not talk much to one another, which has led to issues from smaller things like me never getting notified my car is ready, to them being confused about what services I’ve had and having to wait for them to figure it out at checkout, to really inconvenient stuff like today, with it taking over 24 hours for a battery replacement. Had an appointment at 3:30, called this morning and asked to move it up to 11am and they said they could. Drop the car off at 11. They don’t look at it until 2:30. They call me, I call right back and sign off on the work (a battery change and alignment.) Hear NOTHING from them. My partner goes to pick up the car at 6, they say they called me and I didn’t call back (did not happen) and now my car won’t be done until 11:30 tomorrow. I was fine with paying slightly higher prices because they used to be so quick and convenient and save me a headache. This has been my go to spot since 2021 but I think I will change after yet another disappointment on the communication front.

I had my cars done there for many years, now they getting busy and start acting Unprofessional the front desk customer service guys acting like their words is you to obey and if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. My experienced with them was that I scheduled for an oil change and waited 2 hours, so I had to leave to work and booked Uber to work soon I left the place they call saying my car is ready, so I come back and the had me waited another 30 minutes to get the car now I waisted Uber fare and late for work. To day I scheduled appointment to have oil change they said not to work on my car and change their mind said they can do it but have to wait 2-3 hours cause some other appointments not show up yet. So I left to find the people that care about their profession of service.
