Came in thinking that it was a wheel bearing gone bad, advised that it was the tires and bad alignment. Shared the entire diagnostic process to satisfy someone who really wants to know how they arrived at that conclusion. Completely fixed at a reasonable price (and was honest that I could get tires slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I'd rather pay someone for their honesty). Aligned the tires absolutely true and better than when I bought the car. Also, I swear they cleaned the undercarriage because it was completely degreased. Also installed some bolts on the splash shield for free. Was timely as well and transparent about anything that would take slightly longer. Left the impression that they wouldn't cut corners and things would be fixed right or I wouldn't pay (which is exactly what I got). This is the car shop I'm recommending to my girlfriend.

My sister came down to Chicago for a post-Christmas visit and her car started have problems and by the end of the 4-hour drive was basically undriveable. Joe's was recommend to us, but with only two days before NYE, they were completely booked. Despite this, they squeezed her in, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so her family could get home before the holiday. The price was fair and honest, and much less than we had expected. We'll be taking our car to Joe's for all future repairs!
