I like some of the convenience that they have to getting things done on your car like buying the part and they'll put it on for you. The front desk is very nice people, but the service is sloppy. They do not communicate with you like they should. You have to be proactive with calling them. Do not expect for them to call you if you drop your car off to get it fixed. I paid them almost $700 dollars for a check engine light repair and my check engine light is still on. As an earlier review pointed out, they are very sketchy people to do business with. They also do not like to answer the phone especially after taking your money and claiming to have fixed something. Do not spend your hard earned money at this crooked establishment.

Black owned which is a plus not knocking any other race but it's fantastic to find one especially in the hood that works with you. It's only 1 person who works on the cars so it can be a little slow and demanding. They do try to get you in quickly and diagnose the situation. Sometimes they can be late with coming in but they are exhausted from the amount of people who come. They do work with you on the prices and they are PROFESSIONAL. You will have to be there by 8:15 and might have to wait because they have a line of people coming. They don't have the line for redoing work it's for new work because they are trustworthy Black owned business in the neighborhood

I love this shop great customer service, Sadonna, Is so very helpful and she knows her business. The mechanics are awesome workers and they know what there doing. Very clean and friendly environment, Thank you JLJ Muffler for getting my car back rolling ❤️❤️❤️

Even though they are new to me, place used to be AL & Sons, they were friendly, provided service w/a smile, and the mechanic actually listened to what I thought was the problem and fixed it the same day, without an appointment. Even when I heard something that didn't seem right, and had to take my car back, I was still treated nicely and my concern was of importance to the staff. I would take my car bck for service, if needed. Thank You All at Priceless Auto for being so friendly and providing service with a smile.

I bought an Audi sometime in May. I took it to this shop to get an inspection since I had just bought the car and knew nothing about it. The person who inspected my car said the engine and transmission was good and the only thing wrong was the front end suspension work. They called and told me I didn't have the right upper control arm, so I bought that and brought it to them. they told me the work was done, and come get my car on a Saturday close to closing time. When I picked up my car they told me to bring the car back with specific screws from an Audi dealer and they'd replace it for free. I had a bad feeling they weren't gone keep their word. they didn't either. anyway, the passenger side wheel popped when I hit a bump, so I called next business day to complain. the manager asked did I get the screws that will probably help with that. I went and got them, and brought them in the next day. I left the car with them, and they called me talking about I'm losing oil and it ruined the bushing on the car and the bushing job would be $200, and they didn't replace the screws. you know why, because the older man did't know how to fix my AUDI and refused to admit it. why would I pay you more money, when the first job wasn't done right? I took the car to another mechanic to get priceless' work inspected after I heard something break off under the car. this mechanic told me the inner tie rod needs replacing. the head of the screw popped off of the passenger outer tie rod and that wasn't put in correctly. also, the tire was not plugged in right. Priceless' should have removed the tired and plugged it from the inside. the tire continuously loses air. this shop will play the guessing game with YOUR money. they don't know how to diagnose. they don't know how to fix all cars. but instead of saying so, will still take your money. all while claiming other mechanics are trying to rob you, when its really them.
