Jiffy Lube Oil Change

This Jiffy Lube has been the best one I’ve ever been to! Not only was I asked if I wanted them to DRIVE my car into the garage, I didn’t even have to get out when I did drive it in! The service was unbelievably friendly and while I waited, my windows were also cleaned, again, all while sitting in my car. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I’m impressed. This is the place to go if your looking for a great price, OVER THE TOP customer service, and your life’s time back in under 15 minutes.

This is for my parents recent experience. I have used other locations for service and up to this point have never had an issue with service. That said im not happy my folks are out $170 and bothered that they say they will call you back and dont. If im not worth them giving me a call back then they are not worthy of receiving my $ any longer. Called to see if they inspected AC prior to doing any work and if so the cost. Was explained that they do not do inspections, simply charge the unit. I spoke with Mario who was really helpful and I explained this was for my elderly parents and was a lot for them to spend on just recharging. He said if we had any issues after a few days to let them know and they would refund us $100 but would stay with the cost of the freon which is understandable. Like i explained to my dad the risk would be $70 not the full $170. Anyway the week after they charged the air it was a little chilly so my mom never turned it on. 2nd week comes and thats when Mom says the ac isnt working. Yes perhaps she should had ran the ac sooner. I get it. Anyway, i called and get ahold of Mario who again was very helpful and explained what happened. He explained then that the warranty of giving the refund was only while the car was at the shop. Like i told him and his manager Josh, had that of been said on my initial call my dad would of never went there. Anyway, he asked me to call back and speak to his manager Josh who was also nice and polite. He told me he was going to speak with ownership and get back to me. Its been a week and noone has called and quite frankly i dont expect them too at this point hence this review. I wasnt expecting a full rerund but was hopeful they would at least throw in an oil change for my folks inconvenience. Something. $170 drown the drain. Lesson learned, next time we will just take it to a shop that specializes in it. Cheers

My tire light had turned on so I went to get it checked out not only were my tires over flated there a nail stuck in my tire. Although it was really stuck in there the staff was super nice and got the nail out no problem and put my tires to its correct air pressure. Super nice staff !

I came in with a repaired brake line from another shop and had air in my brake system. Jiffy lube was able to get me serviced right away and the manager Jennifer was very helpful in informing me if other services offered. I will be back with my two other vehicles for future services. The other team members were very helpful as well. Coffee in the lobby was a nice surprise. I definitely need a cup. Thanks again. Aniceto Nieves

Pulled into Jiffy Lube, and was greeted by the friendliest staff!! We always come to this location, and always have a welcoming experience! Jackie helped us today, and she was very pleasant and informative. We only come to this location because the staff is so nice, and this morning they didn’t disappoint!! Thank you for the friendly, quick, and efficient work. Also, thank you Jackie for honoring our expired coupon.
