View on GoogleI came in yesterday for an oil change and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Good service feels so rare nowadays, so this really stood out to me. Manny and the entire team were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. They went above and beyond — they even helped remove the leftover numbers/stickers from when my car had been towed, which they absolutely did not have to do. Small gestures like that genuinely make such a difference. You can tell the employees here actually care about helping people and treating customers well. Thank you again to Manny and the whole crew for making what’s usually just a routine errand such a positive experience!
View on GoogleManny and his team were absolutely amazing and helpful with our services today! This Jiffy Lube shop is one of the best. We are given great and respectful service every time we go. They are very efficient - in and out so quickly! Manny was wonderful at explaining what we need without pushing services like some other shops do. That is so appreciated. We had our oil changed, tire pressure capped off, windshield wipers changed and fluid topped off, engine filter changed - declined the cabin filter because I know how to that myself! - and some serious corrosion on our battery cleaned that we didn't even know about! You guys and ladies are doing a great job. Keep it up! We will be back. I highly recommend this shop!
View on GoogleRip off. Asked if I wanted the same oil as last time even though it’s the first time I’m bringing my vehicle here, offered expensive oil what a shocker.. don’t get me wrong. I’ve been to this one before, but it was with a different vehicle. Secondly, $75 for a conventional oil change..complete rip off. Lastly, looks like I won’t need an oil change for the next 20,000+ miles. See photos. Please train your staff.
