I came back to my car to my door handle broken off. they didn’t tell me anything & walked off when I mentioned it. The manager was very rude and gave me an attitude. She offered to order a new one but it’ll be a different color from my car (absolutely not! ) she only gave me a piece of paper with her name on it and told me to wait on her call. Very unprofessional and I won’t be back!

I had just gotten brand new tires and a full brake job done about three weeks ago, and right before I was about to get on the road for a 16-hour drive, my brakes failed due to improper installation from another shop. I brought my car to Jiffy Lube, and Luis and his team immediately identified that the rear caliper hardware had not been properly secured, which caused the failure. They explained everything clearly and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Situations like this can be dangerous, and I’m grateful they were able to catch it and get me safely back on the road. This is what separates a great team from the rest. View on GoogleThe service coordinator was very helpful and directed me to online coupons I could use during the visit. Although they were a little crowded when I drove up, everyone free drives timely service. I will definitely take my cars to this location for oil change and related services.
View on GoogleWent to Jiffy Lube on Western, near westside location. I needed oil topped off techs were courteous and knowledgeable. My tire pressure was too high so tech put correct amount of air pressure. Since I didn’t get full service wasn’t expecting tech to check tire pressure, so glad he did.
View on GoogleNormally they get the job done. After I had my oil changed I noticed my maintenance required light would blink 5 times after starting the car and go out. I had to drive out of town about 5 hours round trips and the second leg of my trip the maintenance light went solid about an hour into my drive. Turns out the maintenance light has to reset after an oil change....I wish I would have known after pulling over ... contemplating a tow truck for the rest of the trip and aborting my plans for the weekend. I definitely feel like I overpaid for the oil change now.
