I can't say enough good things about this location. I initially went in for an oil change, but the inspection showed that my brakes were metal on metal. The team, including Esme at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful and understanding. They took great care of my car and went above and beyond.

View on GoogleI went today for a oil change. Took care of me right of way. I waited probably 15 minutes. Even though I went for a oil change the workers in Jiffy Lube noticed some things that I need fix. They were very friendly and very polite. Thank you Jiffy Lube.
View on GoogleI came in to fix a flat tire. I've had punctures repaired at this same company before without any issues. This time, however, I was told they don't repair this kind of damage and that I needed to replace the entire tire because the tread was "too worn." It honestly felt like they were trying to sell me a full set of new tires instead of simply fixing the puncture. I then went to Midas, and they repaired the tire in about 20 minutes with no problem at all. Very disappointed. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple puncture repair.
View on GoogleDo not trust this Jiffy Lube. I started having oil changes there. At first it was going good, then all of a sudden, the last 2 oil changes, they said I was 2 quarts low each time. It wasn’t time for the oil changes, they said it would need to be topped off before the next one. I won’t be going back there. I don’t trust them.If you decide to take your car there, please be cautious, and make sure you really look at your receipt.
