Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! From the bottom of my heart, I can honestly say Mark is one of the most genuine and trustworthy people I’ve ever met in this industry. I got into a car accident recently and was really stressed about the whole process, but Mark made everything so simple and stress free. He handled everything directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to make a single call or deal with any of that third party nonsense. Anytime I had a question, he either called me first or answered immediately...not once did he ignore or miss a call. That alone says a lot about his professionalism and care for his customers. He told me it would take around three weeks to finish the repairs, but he got it done beautifully in two. My car looks even better than before the accident, I mean that sincerely. He kept every promise, stayed on schedule, and delivered top quality work!!!! It’s rare to find people who are this dependable and genuine nowadays. Mark went above and beyond in every way, and I’ll be trusting him with all my car work from here on out.
